Minimal/ modest rubbing to edges. Inside has neat PO signature on FEP verso. Red marbled EPs. Front hinge a little loose. Scattered foxing throughout. Unmarked. A couple of small news articles laid in along with a poem by Paul Laurence Dunbar attached to rear board. .
