Front board has, lightly embossed, ""The Issac Ray Award Book."" Silver and red spine lettering bright & crisp. Red dust jacket good with edge and shelf wear and is slightly chipped. Red color of spine is faded and /or age toned a darker red. Inside of jacket shows marks of dried damp stain. Not price clipped. Red end papers with former owner's name on front paper. Top text block edge stained red. Text block clean & tight with no markings noted. Concludes with Reference notes to the chapters and an Index. 305 pages. From the book, ""Dr. Menninger takes our penal system apart to show why it doesn't work and what could be done to set it right.""
