It consists of four stapled documents in Very Good condition in a Good, beat-up cardboard folder with inner pockets. The latter has bumps, creasing, folds, tearing at spine. The front panel is mostly a wonderful color close-up of the lovely leading ladies cheek to cheek: Sissy Spacek, Diane Keaton and Jessica Lange. The four documents were typewritten, copied, and stapled in the upper left corner.
