With bibliography and index. Bound in pale peach buckram with gilt rule, and black stamped-lettering. Fore-edge untrimmed, top edge dyed red. Former owner name and date (1919) in ink on front free-endpaper, else fine. A handsome copy of a sturdy book. The author embarked on his eastern adventure on the Minnesota, out of Seattle.

All books are packed and shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. Every book is professionally packaged in a heavy cardboard box and shipped via US Postal Service, fully insured.
