London: Cassell, 1959. First edition (hardback). 8vo (22cm by 14cm), x, 222pp. 20 plates. Original green cloth, dustwrapper. Binding slightly cocked, foxing to the edges of the text block, short ownership inscription; overall, the book is in good plus condition. The dustwrapper is in good condition (some spotting, some chafing of the edges). The dustwrapper has now been put in a mylar cover to protect it.
