Hardcover. small 8vo, handsomely bound by Bickers and Son in full blue calf with double gilt rule to boards and heraldic design to upper board, spine with raised bands ruled gilt and with compartments stamped in a repeat design, gilt edges boards with blind dentelles, all edges marbled and marbled endpapers, some spotting to pre-lims, a very good tightly bound copy, presentation bookplate of a previous owner to front pastedown, text clean and unmarked, 276pp.
