Folio hardcover: one half green polished calf (leather) over green-cloth boards: tight binding, pages very clean and bright, none marked or torn, the covers have light shelfwear, else NFINE. A solid and handsome copy. A view of the cities including historic views and maps, colored illustrations of noted historical personages or scenes, schematics of old forts, most illustrations full -page on heavy stock. Some of the views/drawings go back to late 1600's. Very scarce volume. Text in Portuguese. ; Folio 13" - 23" tall; 88 pages .
