London: nonesuch press, 1923. Very Good/very good. The narration of the marriage of Cupid and Psyches translated from the Latine Bookes of the Golden Asse by Apuleius 1566. This is a really pretty book in a slip cover. Boards are cream with brown star pattern and brown spine. Slip cover is also the same star design. Some bumping and rubbing, slipcase torn at top and some bumps and nicks. Binding nice and tight, beautifully illustrated pages.This is number 560 of a limited edition of 625 copies. First Edition AB61
