Title-pages in red-and-black. The tail piece in vol.2, sig. 10F reads: Carolus Jephson imprim. Register is continuous through the two volumes. Part of volume II printed by William Bowyer; his records show 2000 copies printed. Another (unspecified) part was printed by Charles Ackers, whose records also show 2000 copies printed. Cambridge-style panelled calf, worn. With twenty-two plates, thirteen in volume I and nine in volume II. With the bookplate of Thomas Hall, Esq. ESTC T136232; Alston, III.536; Maslen & Lancaster. Bowyer ledgers, 2610; McKenzie & Ross. A ledger of Charles Ackers, 52. Thomas Hall's bookplate is referenced in "Franks Bequest II, 13339.
