Die gewandt formulierten Geschichten legten ihren Schwerpunkt weniger auf Rechtsfragen, als auf eine anschauliche Schilderung des Prozesstoffs. Sie standen in der Tradition der Causes célèbres et intéressantes von Pitaval, einem zur damaligen Zeit beliebten juristisch-literarischen Genre, und trugen Titel wie Die listige Ehebrecherin, Ein Schulmeister gibt sich für einen Notar aus und begehet unter diesem Charakter verschiedene Betrügereyen, Der Proceß wegen eines Honigkuchens oder Die entdeckten Hausdiebe. In the event of a well-founded claim, the merchandise can be returned upon consultation within 14 days. If the claim turns out to be unsubstantiated, or the damage is the result from improper handling by the customer etc., all the costs are charged to the customer. Returns are only accepted with the invoice enclosed. Damages during shipment have to be notified within 48 hours. Otherwise the refund expires. Return upon dissatisfaction is excluded.
Place of venue
We are subject only to Swiss law. Place of venue is Zurich.
