Bound with red linen over the spine and blue/green decorated paper covered boards. Wear around edges, disco9louration and mottled fading, extremely sunned along the spine. Rubbing and scraping and fading over all, but in tact and robust still. Hinge loose, webbing revealed at front join. Advertising at the front. Pages yellowed with some wear around the edges, but generally clean and clear. Collection of architectural drawings with supporting notations. Inserted are loose design sheets of Architect E. Edward Briggs.
