London: Herbert Jenkins Limited,, 1920 [ie 1919]. First UK edition, first impression. The US Edition was published just a few days earlier. Although not marked as such, this copy comes from the collection of Frits Menschaar. Octavo. Original dark red cloth, spine and front board lettered in black. A hint of wear to corners, light spotting to boards, the binding otherwise sound, lacks front free endpaper, slight spotting to edges and first and last few leaves, else internally fresh; a good copy.
