Sobre este artículo
Tadworth: World's Work Limited, 1969. First UK Edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Hoff, Syd. 64pp. 1969. First UK edition of this 'I can read' book with charming colour illustrations by Syd Hoff. A very good copy in a good or good plus wrapper. NO inscriptions. No scribbling. No tears. No finger soiling. Original publisher's quarter cloth with paper covered boards. Number 61 in the 'I can read books'. The tail of the pages are a little thumbed as is often the way with children's books. The wrapper has not been price-clipped. There is a 4cm tear to the head of the front panel of the wrapper - now expertly repaired. Some rubbing and light chipping to the wrapper at the head and tail of the spine and to the corners. A very good copy of a scarce UK first edition.
