New York: Scribners, 1939. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good/Good. First printing with A on copyright page. Green cloth boards have shallow fade along bottom of boards. Endpapers are tanned at the gutters. Price-clipped dust jacket has rubbing and half-inch tears at the folds and a couple of 1/4" chips at corners. Small spots on rear panel of jacket and spine is slightly tanned. Book is In a fine custom slipcase by Bob Wang.
