Burgundy cloth in printed dust jacket. 209 pp. A printing of four lectures given in Germany by Swami Jnanananda, reflecting on spirituality and discussing philosophical religion, science and religion, and transcendence. Swami Jnanananda was an Indian yogi and spiritual scholar, as well as nuclear physicist, becoming interested in Einstein's Theory of Relativity while lecturing in Germany in the late 1920s. GOOD condition. Moderate browning, some soiling and staining to the covers. Moderate to heavy chipping and tearing along the jacket extremities. Minor soiling, fading and edgewear to the book. Offsetting to the endpapers.
