Black ribbed cloth boards with red and green peace pipe decoration and green stamped lettering on cover, green stamped lettering on spine. No fraying or wear-through, a few small areas of very light surface wear. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound - no cracking. Pages and edges are clean, with small previous owner inscription neatly penned on front free endpaper dated 1909. Eight full page illustrations in black and white by Frederick Remings, Edwin Willard Deming. 306 pages..
