Program booklet distributed at a May 14, 1971 lecture by the Birch Society's Gumaer and several others at Palo Alto High School. In addition to the list of speakers and some ads, includes several brief articles, including "The Climate of Fear, or Revolutionary Activity in the Bay Area" and the statement of principles of TRAIN (To Restore American Independence Now." Introduction to Gumaer's background states that he had previously informed on SDS for the Chicago police, later infiltrating several other organizations including the Chicago Peace Council and the WEB DuBois Club.
