(1930). 1st edition. xvi+331pp. Hardcover.  Blue boards slightly soiled and shelfworn, with gilt on spine still bright and lower edge points gently bumped. Internally end-pages clean but with upper quarter of 1st free end-page cut away as if excising a name. Otherwise in very good, clean condition. The binding is tight and hinges intact.
