London: Rupert Hart-Davis, 1959. First edition, hardcover. Small ink name on front endpaper else a VG+ copy in original blue boards, lettered in argent (silver) on spine. A clean, firmly bound copy. In a price-clipped Good+ to VG- dustjacket which has quarter-inch chipping at head of spine, a small amount of erosion at corner tips, and is slightly faded along spine. Still looks quite nice in a mylar protective sleeve..
