Sobre este artículo
Garden City, NY: Doubleday, Doran & Co. for The Crime Club Inc., 1936. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Good/Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Vibrant teal cloth covered boards with navy lettering, light toning and wear along edges, slightly sunned spine, and bumped spine ends and corners. Pictorial jacket in new archival mylar sleeve has moderate wrinkling and creasing; light soil and rubbing; a few tears up to 2 3/4" but mostly much shorter; old kraft paper tape reinforcements to verso; about 1/8" of upper/lower edges has been trimmed; $2.00 publisher's price to front flap. Green topstain to text block. Binding somewhat shaken, text clean. Interior lightly toned, with scattered minor soil. Minor scuffing to eps. No prev owner names or stickers. 276 pp. Only signs of this being an ex-library copy are library stamps to pastedowns (no card pockets, external marks, etc.). Very hard to find in any condition. Any books by or even information about this Wisconsin author are hard to find; see listing photos for the one article and photo I was able to find about her.
