Sobre este artículo
New York: Random House, 1954. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Near Fine/Very Good. From the collection of Homer & M. B. Goldstone--(Steinbeck's bibliographers and noted book collectors). Stated first printing on the copyright page--a near-fine copy in an unclipped and very good dustjacket. Mildest of age toning only. A tight and square copy with a totally unmarked interior. The dustjacket has mild edgewear to the corners and head of the spine and scant rubbing to the rear jacket cover--a very rare collectible copy with the hard to find dustjacket. The story of Jesse James from one of America's finest Western authors--Henry Allen--who wrote as Will Henry. Henry Allen also wrote as Clay Fisher--and together Will Henry/Clay Fisher had 7 titles made into movies including "McKenna's Gold"--"The Tall Men" and "Tom Horn". Will Henry himself grew up in Missouri and had connections to the legend. Extremely scarce signed.
