Binding shows slight spine lean; the cloth has split at the rear edge of the back strip and has been repaired by covering the backstrip with clear cellopane packing tape; heavy foxing athe the outside edges and end papers; moderate wear to extremities; some darkening, soiling, mottling, and blanching. Binding remains secure; text clean. Overall, remains a clean, sturdy, reading copy. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 8vo. 127pp. Translated by Agnes Tobin. Hardback: Quarter Cloth Boards.
