All edges gilt to protect against dust and moisture. Marbled endpapers, and sewn-in silk ribbon book mark. Pages are thread-sewn for strength and durability, have long-lasting, acid-neutral, archival quality paper, and a handsome, readable typeface. Clean, tight, bright. Includes separate advertisement for the publication from The Franklin Library.
