Maastricht: Dufour, 1773. Full-Leather. Good. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. Original full leather binding with bright red leather title label. Rubbed around the spine edges, a few marks on the covers (old ink mark on the front cover). The hinges are good. Bright internally, light toning and marking. From the collection of Gordon Castle (Fochabers)- their collection label on the front endpaper. Retains the endpapers- front endpaper a bit loose. Pages; XVI, (2), 292. Louis Dussieux 1744-1805, a collection of 5 tales along the lines of the Decameron;(Henriette et Luci, Jeanne Gray, Berthold Prince de Moravie, Clémence d'Entragues, Élizène Anecdote Ottomane), a 2nd volume would be published a year later in 1774.
