Co-written with renowned architect and interior decorator Ogden Codman, Jr. Clean, solid and VG+ in its marbled boards, with very light wear along the spine ends and the outer hinges. Thick octavo, 56 plates complementing the text, deckled fore and bottom-edges. (This copy belonged to --and is signed by-- prominent American architect of the Gilded Age Horace Trumbauer (1868-1938).
