Sobre este artículo
Hardcover first American edition, with dust jacket, published by Knopf, 1991. A collection of ten essays about India by the BBC correspondent and bureau chief in Delhi for 25 years. The dust jacket intact and is not price clipped. Jacket has some edge wear, and wear to the tips of the corners, and a closed tear at the top edge of the back panel of about 1/2". No former ownership marks, no writing on the text pages. Bright red boards with red cloth covered spine, the author name and title in gold on the spine. Boards are flat, the corners are not bumped or creased. Edges of the text block are clean. The binding is tight and square. This is not a remainder, not a library discard. The attached photo is of the copy we have in our inventory.
