Sobre este artículo

New York, U.S.A.: Harper & Row, 1965. A very nice copy of the first American edition of this absorbing Hermann Hesse novel. Introduction by Thomas Mann. Hermann Hesse first published this novel in 1919 under a pseudonym and it was this great work that made him famous. First edition stated on the verso of the title page. All pages are present and correct with no inscriptions and are tightly bound. Book sits solid and square with all corners sharp. Housed in the Very Good dustwrapper with publishers price intact on the top inside of front flap. Light signs of handling and some very shallow chips to the head of spine otherwise the dustwrapper remains in very presentable condition. Protected in a removable archival booksleeve to preserve its condition. A very nice copy !. First American Edition. Near Fine/Very Good. FIRST AMERICAN EDITION.
