Very Good condition. Grey Hard cover, some darkening on upper edge with small area of foxing, 2 small spots of foxing on front edge and very slight damage to top and bottom of spine. Defects consistent with age. Pages and plates are clean and in very good condition. The color samples are bright and substantiates the claim of the color permanence of Winsor & Newton colors. "Lloyd studied colors and microscopy, and was very involved with photography, including 3D photography and color film experiments"(Wikipedia). This book is from his collection of books on color and was purchased from Dutton's bookstore in North Hollywood in the early 1970's.
