Published by Underwood-Miller in 1981. The loose sheets in generic folder comprise ''correspondence and other material used in the planning, production and publication...all items are genuine and unique'' - from the Letter of Provenance signed by Charles Miller. I have to say, not as exciting as it might sound. Note: just the archival material, not the book. Fine in portfolio.
