Sobre este artículo
New York: A.L. Burt Company, 1910. Part of Futrelle's series starring Professor van Dusen, "The Thinking Machine." First published in America by Bobbs-Merrill in 1909 [Hubin, 159]. This is a Very Good copy of a reprint that is undated. Probably from 1910, although Bleiler suggests circa 1915. This edition contains "The Haunted Bell" which is not in the First [Bleiler, 78], and is less common. A Very Good copy. Green cloth binding with a decorative paper label tipped onto the front cover. Clean text; 305 pages ["The Haunted Bell" begins on page 213]. The cover illustration by Herman Pfeifer is reproduced as a black and white frontis within. Binding is lightly faded on the spine and around the margins. The book is a bit loose in feel. In an archival plastic protector.. Reprint Edition. Pictorial Cover. Very Good/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
