Remnants of bookplate to front pastedown; marbled endpapers. Hinge cracked at verso of front flyleaf. Light soil to title page; text age-toned at edges. Binding tight. Jaffray was one of the Scottish Commissioners to King Charles II, and a member of Cromwell's Parliament.
