Portfolio with 28 [i.e. 30] loose plates. Each plate with descriptive tissue guard. Also with half-title, list of plates, and notes by Kitton. Actually 30 plates because there is a X, X* and X**. Missing descriptive tissue guard for plate number 27.

(11 3/4 x 9 3/4 inches; 299 x 250 mm); sheet size (11 5/16 x 8 3/4 inches; 289 x 222 mm).
Loose plates, tissue guards and preliminaries all housed together in a full green cloth portfolio. Covers double ruled in gilt. Front cover lettered in gilt. Preliminaries with some foxing. Portfolio with remnants of original silk ties. Overall very good with very clean plates.
