General mild rubbing to boards; contemporary owner's name in pen at the head of the front board; subtle dampstaining to top edge of rear board; hinges reinforced; presentation slip mounted to front pastedown, dated "1939." An early directory of this Northern Utah town that served as the main railroad hub of the Intermountain West. Contains lots of great period advertising. This work also contains short histories of the people and organizations. Flake/Draper 3772. Auerbach 519.
