This hardbound book is in very good condition. The Front and back paste down page and free page show yellowing from age. All other pages are clean. There is gold guilt at the top of the pages and deckle edge. The binding is tight. The boards are clean and neat. The spine shows discoloration and the tail and head of the spine are cracked.
