The publishing history of the Uniform Edition is a bit complicated in that there were three series altogether, each with different dustwrapper art. Very slight spotting to fore-edge, otherwise fine in very near fine dustwrapper with artwork by W. Francis Phillipps.
Sinopsis
So Disdained is the second published novel by British author, Nevil Shute. It was first published in 1928 by Cassell & Co, then republished in 1951 by William Heinemann and issued in paperback by Pan Books in 1966.
