Octavo, 47pp. Quarter black leather, title on label affixed to spine, brown pebbled cloth boards. Both hinges starting. Toning throughout, soiling to boards. Complete with 8 illustrated plates, all with tissue covers, varying levels of foxing to plates. (Amerine/Borg 3003) (Gabler 35450) A scarce work. The eight plates in this work all depict microscopic illustrations of wine diseases, as they affect the grapes at different points in the fermentation process.
