Chain lines: 275mm; Watermark of [Capt.] Byron [Curtis] (Weston's Royal Linen Ledger): visible is "yal linen led". [Founded 1863, Dalton, MA]. Original folio stored in thirds with two-flap summary. Signed by executrix and register. 25.5 x 40cm. pp. [4]. Very Good. Toned summary, several chips to top fold edges. "The 3d Account of Mary M. Eldridge Executrix of the last will and testament of Isaiah Eldridge late of Dennis in the County of Barnstable, (blank)deceased:". Schedule A*: 6 items, Schedule B: 18 items. By the third draft her account was zero (both schedules had same amount). Freeman Hinkley Lothrop (b.1848) of Barnstable; 1881 register of probate; admitted to bar in 1884 (studied under Hiram Putnam Harriman b.1846, Judge of Barnstable Probate of Wills, appointed June 14, 1882). Names on Schedule B: Thomas Howes, Albert Rogers, Cape Cod Bank, B. P. Sears (auctioneers fees), Mr. Weeks, Henry Crosby (for Gravestones), John Small, D. P. Howes, H. M. Knowlton, J. Higgins..
