Dean & Son, London, 1871. New Edition, Enlarged. Hardcover. Good Condition/No Dust Jacket. Size: 12mo. Text body is clean, and free from previous owner annotation, underlining and highlighting. Binding is tight, covers and spine fully intact. Previous owner's name in pencil on front free end paper. No date, but 1871 (date obtained through advertisements in a magazine of that time period). Black cloth over flexible boards, cover title in gilt "Dog Keeper's Guide", frontispiece and several illustrations in the text, 32 pages. Corners and spine ends bumpe with light wear, inner hinge cracked, pages lightly toned, textblock separated from covers at top of spine about one inch, end papers lightly soiled.
