Museo Dolores Olmedo Patino, 2003. 1st Edition. Paperback. 4to with 70 pages. Text in English/Spanish. María de los Dolores Olmedo y Patiño Suarez was a Mexican businesswoman, philanthropist and musician, better known for her friendship with Mexican painters Frida Kahlo and her husband Diego Rivera. She appeared on some of his paintings. At one point she started the Museo Dolores Olmedo Patino. She donated her entire collection of art including pre-Hispanic, colonial, folk, modern and contemporary art, the Dolores Olmedo Patiño Museum host the greatest collection of Frida Kahlo, Diego Rivera and Angelina Beloff. This catalog is honoring her accomplishments with her Museum. She passed away in 2002. The book is in very good condition with very slight shelfwear and bumping to the edges. The interior is clean and tight. The spine is brown with white text.. 1st Ed. Paperback. Very Good/No DJ. 4to. Paperback.
