London: Odhams Press, 1932. First Thus. . Hardcover. Fair. 8vo 15 volumes of 16 vol set. No date but c. 1930. Red cloth - some with bumping to corners, a few with vertical crease down spine. Most spines a little faded. Foxing to eps and back of some illustrations. A couple with slightly slack hinges or binding. A couple have minor sunning to front cover edge. Some copies damp stained & Heavy books, Dombey and Son & Child's History of England boards damp stained will require extra postage.

Sinopsis

Dombey and Son is a novel by the Victorian author Charles Dickens. It was first published in monthly parts between October 1846 and April 1848 with the full title Dealings with the Firm of Dombey and Son: Wholesale, Retail and for Exportation. Dickens started writing the book in Lausanne, Switzerland, but travelled extensively during the course of its writing, returning to England to begin another work before completing Dombey and Son.
