Colour frontispiece and B&W illustrations in text (including 4 full-paged) by Kurt Wiese. Original illustrated light green cloth with beige/brown illustrated endpapers; outline of dog illustration on front traced with ball point pen. Cloth is worn at spine and edges, with ends of spine and corners lightly bumped. There is some scattered discolouration throughout the text. A nice copy. Pearl Zane Grey (January 31, 1872 Ñ October 23, 1939) was an American author best known for his popular adventure novels and stories that presented an idealized image of the Old West. 1928
