A Parrish Books favorite is the story of Bee, who was created with "tears of the demon" and is charged to flit from flower to flower, gathering sweet nectar to challenge the "bitterness" that runs through Bee's veins.
Ted Hughes served as poet laureate from 1984 to 1998 and was the husband of Sylvia Plath.
