Sinopsis

Linda Forman is a Certified Ayurvedic Specialist, writer, teacher, and motivational speaker on the subject of stress management and its connection to mind/body health. She has been a student of meditation, Eastern philosophies, and healing modalities for the past twenty-five years, and has also run a successful full-time Ayurvedic practice. In addition to these pursuits, she has an extensive media background in television and radio. She wrote for the "History of America" series hosted by James Whitmore. Linda lives in Sparks, Nevada, with Robert, her husband of twenty-seven years, and their three children, Andrea, Sara, and Micah. As the mother of the sensation that is Shanti Shanti, her main focus over the past years has been the captivating challenge of the integration of her family's everyday life with their pursuit of the Divine.
