Sobre este artículo

Cambridge: Harvard University Press, 1927. Hardcover. Fine/Good. Original dust jacket and red cloth binding. 80 p.p. Some small tears on head of front and rear jacket, with black and red stains on cover. Rubbing and small chips on spine and front board. Otherwise in good condition. Percy Goldthwait Stiles (1875-1936) received his PhD in Physiology from John Hopkins University in 1902. He became an instructor there and at Bellevue Medical College in New York, and later at Harvard Medical School. In this book, Goldthwait tackles the psychology of dreams from a physiological viewpoint, recorded from his own dream notebook kept for thirty years, adding his own sketches with often humorous results. Goldthwait states in his introduction: "Dreams...have some of the diverting value of holiday outings. There is a change of scene and often actors...if a dream is recalled and recorded, it seems to acquire a timeless character.
