Edges of boards have gilt rulling with inside toolwork and gilt design on inside of board. Marbled endsheets. A lovely unsigned binding. Spine is a bit darkener than the rest of the leather as is common with a small chip to the bottom corner of spine. Signed and dedicated gift inscription on front free endpage. "To my friend/Mr. F.S.
