Bound in publisher's original cobalt blue with orange titling and decoration. Illustrated endsheets. With its original dust jacket. The dust jacket is in very good condition. Light chipping to the perimeter edges and flap folds. Circular stain on the front panel. The original price of $2.50 is present on the top right corner of the front flap. The book is in very good plus condition. The blue cloth boards are extremely well preserved and retain their rich color. Previous owner's signature in ink on the half-title page. The contents are clean and bright with tight binding. Edmonds' novel "Drums Along the Mohawk" is a harrowing tale of a the Martins, a couple trying to survive during the American Revolution on the frontier of Upstate New York. The story features historical figures such as General Herkimer and historical events such as the Battle of Oriskany. Please view the other rare titles available in our store. Sinopsis

Walter D. Edmonds was a bestselling American author, a National Book Award winner, and recipient of the Newbery Medal. He published over 30 books in his lifetime, and was most popular for his historical novels. He died in 1998.
