The book is in very good plus condition. The blue cloth boards are extremely well preserved and retain their rich color. Previous owner's signature in ink on the half-title page. The contents are clean and bright with tight binding. Edmonds' novel "Drums Along the Mohawk" is a harrowing tale of a the Martins, a couple trying to survive during the American Revolution on the frontier of Upstate New York. Walter D. Edmonds was a bestselling American author, a National Book Award winner, and recipient of the Newbery Medal. He published over 30 books in his lifetime, and was most popular for his historical novels. He died in 1998.
