The twelfth volume of an eventual 72-volume set providing details about the lives and works of Dutch and Flemish artists who produced prints, etchings, engravings and woodcuts during the 15th, 16th, and 17th centuries. Supplies some collector information into the 1940s. This volume presents masters and monogrammists of the 15th century, some of whom are known only by their marks. Includes samples of their marks and their works. Rare.
