Dutton & Company; Ernest Nister. Larger format HC in glazed paper covered boards with chromolithograph pictorial cover and unlettered green quarter cloth back strip. Generally sound and neat. Illustrated with 6 chromolithograph color plates printed by Nister and numerous woodcuts and lithograph printed b&w artwork. Binding a little shaken; front endpages archivally reinforced with japanese kozo on the front hinge. Boards shelf bumped bottom front corner and lightly shelf rubbed at edges. Expected light to moderate toning to page stock. Uncommon. VG- .
