Sobre este artículo

Chicago, Illinois: Published for the Newberry Library by The University of Chicago Press, 1969. First Edition Thus. Hardcover. As New. 8vo 8" - 9" tall. Because of the presence of the original publisher's glassine dust wrapper, this examplar of the First Edition Thus is particularly sturdy and attractive, tightly bound in hardcover format, generally clean, unmarked, bright interior, minimal rubbing to extremities. First Reprint Edition Thus, and edited by and from the personal library of Mr. Robert Allen as conveyed to me by his widow, Ms Priscilla (Brownie) Allen, he having been a noted bookseller and appraiser and also editor of a number of volumes of the The Eighteenth Century: a current bibliography series in a project headed at the University of Southern California. Two-tone blue linen cloth over boards, darker blue linen cloth-backed, sharp and distinct publisher's logo to front cover, gilt lettering to spine. [2], 3-114 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.

Sobre Structure, Verses, Agency Books - Member, I.O.B.A.

Occasionally rare, frequently scarce, always fine, or is that Fine? Structure, Verses, Agency Books specializes in the fine arts (painting, the decorative arts, photography, sculpture, Jewish art and artists, art history, art movements), but also carries fine antiquarian tomes, works in the French language, Western Americana, poetry, the social sciences, and some modern first editions. We also selectively purchase books and collections thereof. We also offer appraisals and advice about library-building. We also offer a book-of-the-month club, called Once Upon a Tome. Ask about a subscription thereto. Thanks!
