The covers are nearly completely detached, the left fore edge corners of the covers and pages are chipped with loss, and the pages are darkened. Gurley's pamphlet discussing homegrown Kansas radical, and the Chairman of the National Committee of the Communist Party (U.S.A,) Earl Browder. Here, Flynn urges that Browder be freed from federal prison, where he was serving a sentence for passport violation.
